Notes:

1. The results of the Group for the three years ended 31st December, 1997 have been extracted from the Company's prospectus dated 18th May, 1998. The results for the year ended 31st December, 1998 are extracted from the audited consolidated profit and loss account as set out on page 44 of the financial statements.

2. The results for the year ended 31st December, 1994 were not presented in the above summary as there were no published results prior to 1st January 1995.

ASSETS AND LIABILITIES

As the Company was incorporated on 24th July, 1997, the only audited consolidated balance sheet for the Group is that as of 31st December, 1998 which, together with the comparative figures as of 31st December, 1997, are set out on page 45 of the financial statements.
