Hong Kong - August 28, 2000 - Founder (SEHK: 0418) today announces the completion of their one-week Shanghai - Guangzhou roadshow performed by one of its subsidiary, Beijing AdTargeting Inc.. In Shanghai, on August 22nd, a Beijing AdTargeting - Yahoo! China Interactive Fusion Marketing Seminar was jointly held by Beijing AdTargeting and Yahoo! China. One of the objectives of the Seminar was to bring under discussion the issues such as how to take full advantage of Internet resources and how to swiftly develop the new Network Fusion Marketing Concept. Meanwhile, the Seminar has been an official debut for Beijing AdTargeting before the PRC media, ever since last September's MOU between Beijing Founder Electronics and Yahoo! China that they were to form a joint venture and jointly develop the PRC market. Both Mr Ricky Lee (President of Beijing Founder Electronics) and Mr Savio Chow (Vice President of Yahoo! Inc. and Managing Director of Yahoo! Asia) were present at the Seminar.
